Now, moderators. You are doing a fine job, honest. I appreciate the work you folks do in the chat, keeping it orderly and such. But when an Admin enters the chat, please don't expect the Admin to ban/kick someone first. They may possibly be away. Make sure that if an there is a problem, see if you can solve it diplomatically, and if it continues, do what you must to fix it. If you are unable to, ask another mod to do so, or as a last resort, ask an admin.
